3+1 Architects was founded in 2006 by former members of Jan Jehlík Architects office. Recently with a staff of three people. Their projects cover a wide range which include commercial buildings, interior design, renovations and residences. Each design is unique and attuned to our clients' intent, budget and space. Projects require different combinations of architectural services. Whether remodeling, adding on, or building from scratch. Their principal purpose is seeking to achieve the highest standards of excellence. 3 +1 studio compromise to precise projects until the tiniest detail. Our approach combines creative imagination and rational logic with empathy to our clients' needs. Their principal objective is to ensure quality projects.
