Schmid Ziörjen Architektenkollektiv is an architecture firm founded by Rafael Schmid and Mark Ziörjen in 2014, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Rafael Schmid is an architect, having graduated from ZHAW Winterthur. He began his professional career at Knapkiewicz & Fickert (2005-2006) and Gigon Guyer (2006-2007). He collaborated with David Chipperfield Architects (2007-2009), where he participated in projects of global scale, and with Berrel Kräutler (2009-2010).
Mark Ziörjen is an architect, having graduated from ZHAW Winterthur. He collaborated with Bétrix & Consolascio Arquitectos (2002-2005) and with Gigon Guyer Arquitectos (2006-2009).
