Risk es la segunda canción del EP Ylang Ylang publicado el 12 de noviembre de 2019. Esta colaboración combina la producción del músico francés French Kiwi Juice, Fkj, con la lírica del rapero Bas en una melodía relajada que explora un nuevo lado de ambos artistas.
El sonido armonioso y natural de la base se entremezcla con la voz de Bas y su dinámica lírica en un tema conceptual realizado con calma, sin prisa, dedicándole tiempo a los más delicados detalles gracias a la mano de Kfj.

La canción fue concebida en un momento complicado de la vida del productor Fkj, quien encontró la oportunidad de expresar sus sentimientos e inquietudes en esta pieza. Risk, junto a Bas, habla del riesgo y el miedo al que cualquiera puede enfrentarse al saltar de los brazos de la persona que ama.
La expresividad del conjunto se consigue además por el video musical ilustrado, en colaboración con el artista Lossapardo, que acompaña el significado de la letra y su evolución.

«Se llama Ylang, es el nombre del lugar en el que me quedé aislado durante meses en la jungla de las Filipinas. No es un sencillo. Lo quiero presentar más como algo conceptual, como la música de una película de ese momento y lugar.»
