AGA Architectes Associés is an architecture studio founded in 2016 through the collaboration of Alejandro González Palacios and Aurélien Régent, whose complementary backgrounds have shaped a shared and reflective approach to architectural design. Rooted in Spanish and French architectural traditions, the firm draws on its international professional experience and academic training at the ETSAM in Madrid and the ENSA in Nantes.

Based in the commune of Auray, France, their work is guided by a desire to continually question architectural practice, freeing it from preconceived forms and rigid methodologies. This collective reflection led to the development of an iterative and collaborative design process, in which each project evolves through successive phases of analysis, critique, and reformulation. Architecture is understood not as an immediate response, but as a gradual construction of meaning, where projects materialize only when their spatial, contextual, and programmatic logics achieve coherence.

Their practice focuses on the precision of relationships: between site and building, structure and space, materiality and use. Each project is approached as a specific case, attentive to the sensitivities of its context, be it urban, landscape, or historical.

Around the founding partners, AGA has formed a multidisciplinary team whose shared experience allows the studio to address a wide range of scales and programs, from public facilities and collective housing to rehabilitation and transformation projects.
