Agraff Arkitektur AS is an architecture studio based in Trondheim, Norway and founded in 2001 by two architects and two landscape architects: Gro Rødne, Hilde Bøkestad, Christine Gjermo, and Tor Medalen. The practice is now led by Johannes Smidt and jointly owned by the employees. Now, the practice is led by Dagfinn Sagen, Martin Braathen and Kari Leikarnes. Its founders brought their experience from large companies to create a new and improved way of delivering high-quality architectural work. Since then, the firm has grown by 500% and now has 24 employees: 10 landscape architects, 13 architects, and an administrator.

Agraff has completed over 1,000 projects encompassing building architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, feasibility studies, and research of varying scope. Its offices are located in the center of Trondheim, in the former apartment building at Olav Tryggvassons gate 19. Agraff is jointly owned by its employees.
