Carl Bäckstrand (1966) is an architect and Deputy CEO of White Arkitekter, a leading Scandinavian firm recognized for its pioneering work in sustainable architecture and urban design. With a Master’s in Architecture from Lund University, further studies in landscape architecture at the Royal Academy of Arts in Copenhagen, and urban design at MIT, he brings a robust and interdisciplinary educational background.
