ENTRETEMPOS is an architecture and photography studio based in Porto, founded by Vitor Preto Fernandes in 2021.
As an architecture studio, each project is conceived as a dynamic process rooted in a deep interpretation of the existing context, aiming to provide a clear, pragmatic response to specific needs. They view architecture as an opportunity to improve the physical and social conditions of a site through integrated, sustainable, and innovative solutions.
In its photographic practice, ENTRETEMPOS explores the visual power of the void, adopting a critical perspective on the moment—or phase—when architecture is typically photographed. Instead, it proposes documenting the periods during which the primary transformations of the space—and the place—occur, along with the associated social interactions: the construction phase ] – 1 [ and, ultimately, the phase of its use ] +1 [.
