González Garrido

Manuel González Garrido (Elche, 1974) is an architect graduated from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Valencia in 1999. He holds a Diploma of Specialization in Building Rehabilitation from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and a Master's degree in Building Rehabilitation and Urban Regeneration from the UPV and the IVE (Valencian Institute of Engineering) in 2023.

He has practiced as an architect since 2000, developing public and private works projects, including housing, educational centers, senior residences, hotels, and administrative buildings.

He received the Official College of Architects Award in 2009 for the Special Education School in Alcoy. In 2003, he won first prize in the competition for the Special Education School in Alcoy; in 2019, the award for the rehabilitation of the Monserrate Savings Bank; and in 2025, the award for the rehabilitation of the Civil Guard barracks in Paiporta.
