Caroline James has worked in Okayama, Japan, and Bangkok, Thailand, for three years in design and architecture after studying languages and literature at Princeton University. Her writings about the role of architecture within economic, social and political contexts are published in journals such as DOMUS, Mark Magazine and Abitare-America. She is a Master of Architecture student at the GSD, where she was an organizer of the successful MudWorks exhibition.
