César Jiménez Valcárcel, architect from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de A Coruña and holder of an Executive Master’s degree in BIM, has over twenty years of professional experience, developed within IDOM, where he has been a Partner since 2018. His practice stands out for the management of large-scale, technically complex projects, with BIM methodology as its core framework.
He is the author and project director of landmark works such as the new administrative building for the Xunta de Galicia in San Caetano, the Estrella Galicia Museum (MEGA), and the refurbishment of the municipal gardens in A Estrada, as well as the Packaging Offices Building at Estrella Galicia’s new brewery in Morás.
He has also been part of the design and development teams for projects including the Line 3 stations of the Riyadh Metro, the Mar de Vigo Auditorium, and the A Valenzá Health Centre.
In the field of strategic consultancy, he leads feasibility studies such as the conversion of the former Tobacco Factory in A Coruña into a judicial complex and the adaptation of Balaídos Stadium for the Iberian Bid for the FIFA World Cup.
