José Miguel Useros
José Miguel Useros, born in 1975 in Valladolid, has been an architect since 2004 from the Valladolid School of Architecture and Technical Director of Building at INCOSA, where he coordinates a team of more than 90 professionals. His professional career combines extensive experience in pathology studies with the drafting of projects and project management for organisations such as Aena, ADIF, the Guardia Civil and various local councils. He has designed and worked on large-scale singular buildings, both heritage and contemporary, including the AVE high-speed train station in Murcia, the new ATEMPRO headquarters in Alcorcón and the refurbishment of the Casa de Campo exhibition pavilions. Investigación y Control de Calidad SAU (INCOSA), is an Engineering and Consulting company, founded in 1985, with works in services in the Building, Infrastructure, Energy and Industry, Environment and ICT sectors. It has an international presence and extensive experience in Latin America. INCOSA has multidisciplinary teams from different engineering and architecture specialities.
