Luis Machuca Santa-Cruz is a Doctor by the E.T.S.A. de Sevilla (1986), with the Cum Laude qualification, has extensive experience in urban planning and institutional architecture.
He has been a visiting professor at FADU. (Buenos Aires) in 1992, collaborating professor of the Department of Projects of the ETSA of Seville in 1995, professor in the Master organized by the Instituto Andaluz de Patrimonio Histórico during the years 1997, 2000 and 2003, associate professor of the Department of Urbanism of the ETSA of Seville between 1998-2005. Associate professor at the E.T.S.A. of Malaga between 2005-2008.
