Nd_Arquitectos is an architecture firm founded in Seville (Spain) by Juan Carlos Gómez de Cózar in 1996. Over the years, it has worked on defining an original contemporary architectural/construction model that is sustainable and energy-efficient, thanks to the use of technologies based on industrialized processes. These include simulation and optimization of possible solutions, as well as the application of Life Cycle Analysis tools during the design phase to minimize the environmental impact of each proposed solution.

Director of the Master's Degree in Innovation in Architecture: Technology and Design. Author of numerous publications, patents, and a significant number of projects based on lightweight construction solutions that feature rapid assembly, reversibility, and sustainability in architecture.
Manuel Ordóñez Martín. PhD in Architecture. Associate Professor at the E.T.S. of Architecture, University of Seville. Master’s Degree in Architecture and Historical Heritage. Specialist in passive architecture applied to archaeological heritage. Extensive experience in new-build projects, heritage rehabilitation, and consulting on technical building systems, energy efficiency, and passive conditioning.
Rosa Benítez Bodes. PhD in Architecture. Interim Lecturer in the Department of Architectural Graphic Expression at the School of Architecture in Seville. Master's in Architecture and Historical Heritage. Specialist in surveying and project visualization. She also practices professionally by supporting other studios and companies in the development and dissemination of architecture.
Santiago Bermejo Oroz. Architect. Master's in Innovation in Architecture, Technology and Design from the University of Seville. Member of Nd_Arquitectos from 2007 to 2022, where he actively participated in the projects carried out during that period. Since then, he has maintained a stable collaboration with the firm, contributing his extensive experience in lightweight construction solutions for architecture.
