Polyform Architects is a studio founded in 2006 by architects Jonas Sandberg and Tomas Kock. POLYFORM participated in the 2010 Venice Biennale and has been featured in several exhibitions at the Danish Architecture Centre in Copenhagen. POLYFORM is a member of DANSKE ARCA (Danish Architectural Studies Association). POLYFORM currently has 31 employees and has received several awards and grants in recognition of its unique achievements in architectural innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility:

The firm dissolved on June 1, 2016, and two new studios were founded: Sangberg Architects (led by Jonas Sangberg) and WERK Arkitekter (led by Tomas Kock).
