SIRS Architects is an award-winning boutique studio based in London and Vienna, founded in 2010 by Manuel Irsara and Sebastian Soukup. Manuel Irsara studied architecture at TU Vienna, TU Delft and the Bartlett in London before qualifying in Venice as architect in 2006. He joined London based Future Systems / Amanda Levete Architects in 2007, gaining extensive experience in innovative design and fabrication. Manuel has been invited to various architectural congresses and as visiting design critic in the UK and abroad.
Sebastian Soukup studied architecture at TU Vienna, before working as partner at BUS and co-founding BOA in Vienna, bringing project direction and branding experience to SIRS. Innovative management know-how was acquired during research projects at Hans Lechner’s office and as a skilled master joiner Sebastian likes to set his hand whenever it comes to prototyping.
