ALN is an architecture practice founded in 1977 by Peter Leinhäupl in Landshut; the practice is currently led by the next generation of the family: Barbara and Markus Neuber.
Their architecture is resource-efficient, thoughtful, and future-oriented. Their projects are as diverse as the team of nearly 70 professionals who bring them to life—ranging from local hospitals and neighborhood schools to residential buildings integrated into the urban fabric. Since 2025, they have been supported in leadership roles by Laura Baldelli, Pentti Marttunen, Julia Penker, and Katharina Riedl. Their international team comprises professionals from various disciplines. Operating from their headquarters in Landshut and offices in Berlin and Milan, they undertake projects across the fields of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and urban planning.
