Archekta is an architecture and design studio, founded in 1991 by Stanislav Mikovčák based in Čadca, Slovakia. Currently it is also led by Viktor Mikovčák. Between the three they seek the balance between art, architecture and construction. They have a team of architects and engineers, who try to design and build good architecture.
Viktor Mikovčák was born in 1997 in Čadca, Slovakia; graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Architecture of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovakia), who has continuously participated in the collaboration, have received several awards, including the Student Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 (UNIZO Belgium), the Birdhouse Scale Up Competition 2017, the CE ZA AR 2019, the Red Dot Design Award 2020 and the BIG SEE Architecture Award 2022, among others.
