Atelier AJO, founded by Alice Delattre and José Roldán, is an architecture studio with a presence in the Aveyron department and the Toulouse region.
Each of the studio's projects is conceived as a unique and sensitive narrative that responds to a specific context and always begins with a reflection on its uses. Through an architecture focused on detail, they place particular importance on experimentation, the project's fabrication process, and the appreciation of materials and construction techniques.
Their approach centers on a constant reflection on current environmental challenges, employing sustainable construction solutions adapted to local resources and artisanal knowledge without sacrificing the beauty of form or contemporary materials.
The studio works at different scales, from the renovation of existing buildings to single-family homes, small facilities, interior spaces, and furniture. Convinced that architecture should be built upon what already exists, they prioritize strategies of transformation, reuse, and optimization of resources.
