Módica Ledezma is an architecture studio founded by Héctor Módica and Carlos Ledezma based in Mexico City. The studio focuses on designing and building projects of different scales, from residential projects, housing, landscape and public buildings.

They work on practical solutions that enrich the living experience. They are dedicated to the conceptual, executive development and construction of architectural projects on different scales. In their workshop they establish dialogues between physical and digital models of the concepts under development, seeking an exchange of ideas that favor better results for their clients. A work system focused on architectural detail in harmony with engineering in favor of the generation of environments that stimulate the senses.

Héctor Módica. Mexican architect graduated from the Autonomous University of Mexico with 16 years of professional experience developing and creating various architectural projects. He collaborated for 14 years with the architect Alberto Kalach, has participated in both national and international competitions, obtaining several recognitions and starting in 2010 he focused on works of his own authorship such as "Casa Guevara" in Bosques de las Lomas. He is currently co-founder of Módica Ledezma focused on the conceptualization and construction of residential, public and landscaping projects.

Carlos Ledezma. Mexican architect graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies with thirteen years of professional experience developing infrastructure, housing and urban planning projects. He collaborated with architects such as Agustín Landa, Alberto Kalach and José Castillo. He is currently co-founder of Módica Ledezma focused on the conceptualization and construction of residential, public and landscaping projects.
