PUENTE

Moises Puente, (Leon, 1969) studied architecture at schools in A Coruña, Rome and Barcelona, ​​graduating from the latter. In 2004 he received the 1st COAL Architecture Prize for a single-family home. He was a member of the editorial committee of "Quaderns d’Arquitectura i Urbanisme" (2003-2005) and works as an editor for the magazine “2G” and for the Gustavo Gili publishing house. Since 2016 he has been the director of his small publishing house “Puente Editores”

Since 2022 he has been the director of the Historical Archive and Library of the Official College of Architects of Catalonia, COAC.

His publications include “Exhibition Pavilions” (2000), editions of texts by Alejandro de la Sota (2002), Josep Llinàs (2002), Mies van der Rohe (2006, with editions in Portuguese, English, Japanese and Czech) and Jørn Utzon (2010); he is co-author (with Iñaki Ábalos and Josep Llinàs) of the monograph “Alejandro de la Sota” (2009) and the monograph of the magazine “2G” on the houses of Mies van der Rohe (2009). He has translated numerous architectural essays into Spanish for various publishers (Editorial Gustavo Gili, Pre-Textos, Reverté, Fundación Caja de Arquitectos). In 2010 he received the FAD Prize for Thought and Criticism for his editorial work.
