Javier Ramos Morán studied architecture at the E.T.S.A of Valladolid and the Politecnico di Milano, obtaining summa cum laude in his PFC in 2001. He has worked on both large studies independently and writing their projects. In 2003, Ramos received the second award in the Competition of Ideas for the Sports Pavilion & Civic Centre "La Puentecilla" (León, Spain).
