Rehabitar has evolved from conventional architecture to a comprehensive engineering and project management consultancy with a national presence. Its track record is characterized by exceptional versatility, divided into three fundamental pillars: urban planning, residential, and the commercial sector. In urban planning, it has managed more than one hundred planning instruments, including key projects in areas such as Triball and Madrid's Gran Vía. In the residential sector, it has designed more than 200,000 m², specializing in both the rehabilitation of historic buildings and the construction of new buildings with high technical complexity.

Santa Ibáñez's studio is responsible for the architecture and permitting of many of Spain's most iconic leisure and restaurant venues. With over 500 commercial projects, their portfolio includes landmarks such as Café Comercial, Teatro Barceló, Fitz Club, and offices for multinationals like Amazon and Iberdrola.
