Bandalos Chinos, the Argentine band from the city of Beccar, presented "Revelación II", the latest preview of their new album, "Vándalos." Produced by Fermín Ugarte, this new album explores new musical facets of the indie pop group, fusing straightforward musical production with a strong visual impact.

After an admirable trilogy of albums (Bach, Paranoia Pop, and Big Blue), the band chose to take the time to make their new album. Unlike their previous albums, recorded at the Sonic Ranch studio in Texas, United States, "Vándalos" was produced locally in a studio in Buenos Aires. A decision in line with the album's purpose, which illustrates through its lyrics the importance of stopping, reviewing, and reinventing oneself, without losing one's essence along the way.

Throughout 11 songs, the album explores a new compositional formula. Recovering classic pop sounds and proposals, then adapting them to a contemporary tone, the album reflects nuances of new explorations, but always faithful to the style that characterizes them.

"Dejaste correr el disco y no te reconoces" (You let the record run and you don't recognize yourself), a metaphor for the passage of time, introduces the song. Simultaneously, a stopwatch present throughout the video seems to reinforce the idea that time doesn't stop, it slips away. In addition, the Western-style portraits of the band members allude to the idea of rediscovering oneself, of rediscovering one's authenticity. The song reflects a deep introspection about the band's personal evolution and the dynamics of today's fast-paced music industry.

Through a sequence of dance scenes in characteristic locations in Buenos Aires, such as Avenida Corrientes, "Revelación II" illustrates an emotional outburst, the best moment of a party, the moment to dance. As the lyrics suggest, after having had a revelation, the festive melody invites bodies to move.

The choice of costumes, lyrics, and the black and white finish present in the video contrast with the festive energy of the song, denoting a certain sense of nostalgia, like a kind of joyful melancholy. With a bass and drum foundation complementing Goyo Degano's powerful vocals, "Revelación II" strikes a perfect balance between celebration and reflection.

Something between melancholic and hopeful, the song is a kind of emotional manifesto that speaks to the desire for authenticity, to escape comparisons, to lose oneself in the crowd, and the impulse to dance as an act of resistance or healing.

Lyrics.-

Dejaste correr el disco y no te reconoces
El miedo otra vez, paralizado hasta los pies
Eramos tan importantes, originales

Por favor no me comparеs y no preguntes cómo hacerlo

Tuve una revelación, casi una revolución
Preso de este sentimiento
Vamos a cualquier lugar, música para bailar
Vas a ver que no te miento
