PROYECTOR 2013. 6º Internacional Videoart Festival.

RULES

1. Any subject or language Videoart would be admitted for submission; please, include Spanish or English subtitles when needed. There is no length, age restrictions for submitions. You can submit videos monochannel for this festival and also to be shown in other festivals that collaborating with.

Also, Video-instalations (monochannel, multichannel, interactive), interventions, projections for public spaces, video-performances are welcome for showing in the spaces of the festival.As well , we would select proposals for videoart´s workshops. These should include concept, description and budget when submitted.This edition we would be looking for Volunteers, that help us with the organization, coordination, the designs, photos, videos, press, partners and sponsorships. Please contact us if interested.

2. All the work would be selected by PROYECTOR. And would be screened in different shows and festivals. Due to the independent and, no profitable nature of PROYECTOR, we can’t provide artist fees or expenses for the participants. However, in case of any possible payment, the organisation would contact the artist.

3. Videos will not be returned after the festival; Please note videos would be part of the PROYECTOR's archive for future no profit screenings in any of our collaborating countries. Submitting your piece would mean that the artist agrees with the screening of the video piece and its use in any media that PROYECTOR considers useful for diffusion. The artist would keep all the rights and the property of the piece. PROYECTOR is only authorized for its exhibition and diffusion. All the projections will be for free and in the case that an Official institution holds the exhibition, we will try to agree finance for the caches of the artists. 

4. PRESELECTION: All the  submissions have to be online, open or in private but with access for proyectorvideoartfestival@gmail.com. Also links to download from clouds or servers are allowed.  The videos must be labelled with the title of the work, the artist's name, nationality, e-mail, telephone or skype and length. And have to fill the attached to email info@proyector.info:

- Title of the work
- Lenght
- Year of creation:
- ARTIST: Name / Nationality / e-mail / website / CV (less than 5 lines)
- Description (less than 5 lines)
- 1-5 photos of the piece.

5. There is a maximum of 3 submissions per artist .

6. SELECTION: All selected artists will be contacted by email after the summer, and they will be request to provide digital copy of the piece, in the best quality; preference MOV HD or MP4 HD. Exceptions can be permitted if necessary (pal, low-tech).

7. With submitting a piece the artist is agreeing on terms and conditions described abobe. PROYECTOR reserves the right to solve any further issue.
