BIEME is an architecture practice founded by Mikel Arrillaga Mayoz, an architect who graduated from the School of Architecture at the Gipuzkoa Campus of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), in September 2014.
It develops projects in various fields of architecture, including building construction, planning, interior design, and more, responding to the specific requirements of its diverse clients. The studio prioritizes each client's needs to achieve optimal quality in terms of deadlines, costs, and the final architectural result.
It specializes in certain areas where its accumulated experience allows it to contribute added value in terms of innovation, design, and expertise. Furthermore, it employs new technologies that facilitate the achievement of these objectives.
BIM Methodology: After a thorough analysis of each project, BIEME generates models to optimize workflow. All information is compiled in these documents, which address specific information needs and requirements. These requirements may have a generic origin, but will always be subject to the project in which they apply.
