Julià Arquitectes Associats (JAAS) is an architecture firm founded in 1982 in Barcelona, led by Josep M. Julià (22.09.1954), Albert Clèries, Jordi Gorgues, and Manuel Julià. It specializes in heritage rehabilitation, building, and urban planning projects. The firm has established a solid reputation thanks to its approach to designing public spaces and urban projects in Barcelona, as well as its interventions in architectural heritage.

Throughout its history, JAAS has completed a wide and diverse range of projects encompassing both public and private developments. Its expertise in rehabilitation is particularly noteworthy, having received the City of Barcelona Award (1991) and, on two occasions, the Bonaplata Award for interventions in industrial heritage (2009 and 2020). Recently, the firm won the 2024 FAD City and Landscape Award for the Camping Alfacs project (Alcanar, Tarragona).

Among his most important works are the rehabilitation of the Royal Monastery of Santa Maria de Pedralbes, the transformation of the Can Surís factory into the Citilab in Cornellà, the intervention in Block 7 of Can Batlló for the Barcelona School of Audiovisual Media, the recovery of the Sallarès Deu factory site in Sabadell and the rehabilitation of the Vapor Vell in Sants.
