Intern in Business Development Department.
In this position you will function as the front desk for the Business Development team in Rotterdam, maintain continuous overview of the status of all potential project. Furthermore you will organize and administer potential projects, distribute request from prospects within the team, work on presentations, proposal submissions and creation of portfolios according to different targets . You will archive Business Development materials and assist the BD team in the day to day activities.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master of Business Administration, Architecture/ Urban Planning, Building Management or other relevant study
- knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Products Suite
- IT/database literacy
- Accuracy and hands-on approach
- Fluency in English and preferably also Dutch and/or French
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-disciplined and confident in an ad hoc environment
- Affinity with architecture and art
- Team player
- Accurate and hands-on
- Pro-active mentality
