Users are led to an open space in which work environments are organized. A table with an organic shape, that contrasts with the monotony of classic tables, with a rectangular or circular shape. A three-step circular step presides over the centre of the room, becoming a space for rest and disconnection. This central element is surrounded by more conventional work tables and offices. All the furniture is custom-made and is mobile to allow events and conferences to be held.

Renovation of a complete floor of offices in a building in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid that involves the reinterpretation of traditional work spaces and the claim of comfort and versatility of creative and collaborative areas.
The plant is distributed in a large open-plan warehouse with office meadows with wide views of Serrano Street and natural lighting throughout the day, connected to a package of offices, meeting rooms and toilet and warehouse areas, with clear and clean circulations through a catalytic element in the main entrance, orbiting all these spaces around the central agora.
The powerful access threshold is a chameleon element made up of special partitions and backlit screens and LED projectors. It can change color and audiovisual content according to the needs of the company, according to the changing uses of the office and the type of event being held. developing inside, in addition to being able to welcome new clients and corporations with its colors and identity.

The central agora with custom-made mobile furniture allows the organization of events and conferences of different levels of formality, both internal and developed as larger events, and also offers the possibility of generating work and relaxation spaces during the working day where they do not exist. events. Furthermore, the curved shapes of this central agora dialogue and coexist with other types of custom furniture that are also sinuous and organic, generating varied situations for different types of meetings and work.
The intervention reorganizes and rationalizes an old, more compartmentalized and hierarchical layout, typical of office spaces from the 90s, and converts the spaces into more pleasant and logical contemporary work areas.
