There are many people who believe that it is not necessary to build more in the consolidated cities, that it would suffice to rehabilitate, renovate or update the facilities and buildings that we already have in order to respond to the needs that our society demands.
The firm of Óscar Miguel Ares architect was commissioned to renovate this obsolete industrial facilities. Without change of use and building, the renovation project of these offices, is an excellent renovation done without hiding anything. The metal structure, the roof made with a composite slab, the supplies and the enclosures in glass, improve significantly the conditions of the workers and the perception of the industry area, where the natural lighting that now penetrates to all corners, - reducing the energy consumption, becomes the protagonist of the project.
