"Las ferias del campo. Landscapes and modern architectures in the Casa de Campo" is a journey through history and art that will allow us to discover the collective memory, the landscape and the value of architectures that were reused, fell into oblivion or disappeared.
The ICO Museum, inaugurated in 1996, is distinguished from others in Spain by its continuous offer of exhibitions focusing on architecture, urban planning and photography. It organises activities for children and guided tours for adults, as well as promoting cultural equality with rooms that are accessible to all.
It is for this reason that it has decided to collect all the research work and documentation of several decades of pavilions with futuristic forms where the evolution of Spanish society can be seen since the 1st International Country Fair in 1950.

The Museum will close its doors to the public on 20 July, bringing to an end the exhibition Picasso's Vollard Suite and Spanish engraving in the ICO Museum Collection and will reopen on 1 October to present the new collection "Las Ferias del Campo. Landscapes and modern architecture in the Casa de Campo".
