L'Impératrice, unprecedented concert filmed at the Paris Grand Palais

ARTE, the European cultural television channel, invited the L'Impératrice group to perform a concert in a unique and unusual space: under the nave of the Grand Palais, an emblematic building of the city of Paris built in 1897.

The French group presents their hits with novelties taken from their new album Tako Tsubo, released in March 2021. With a mix between funk, space disco and 90s revival, L'Impératrice offers danceable tunes to the cathedral-like space of the Grand Palais in Paris.

The L'Impératrice concert lights up the big stage thanks to the energy of the forceful and sentimental songs, which complement each other and result in work very in line with current life.

The concert features a cheerful and charming aesthetic that matches the colorful friezes and wavy ornaments of the Grand Palais. The pastel colors of the instruments and costumes of the French group tone with the colors of the structure of the great nave and create an optimistic atmosphere.
