Architects ALSOP

Duncan Macaulay joined Alsop in 1995 and has been involved in all aspects of design and realisation of, housing and rail projects. He has specific responsibility for development of all areas of commercial and residential projects. He is currently Project Director for Chips, Manchester. Located in New Islington masterplan regeneration area. He was also Project Director for Palestra, London, a mixed-use office. Located in Southwark. Duncan also has undertaken part time teaching at both the Architectural Association and Cambridge University.

Jonathan Leah is a Director of Architecture at Alsop and is responsible for the practice's growing educational sector work. He was the Director in charge of the Ben Pimlott Building. He was responsible for the practice's DfES Exemplar Secondary School design and is currently working on two new secondary schools in Maidstone, Kent.  Jonathan was the Director in charge of the award winning Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto and is currently working with City College Norwich on a major new £30m development.

Max Titchmarsh is a Director of Architecture at Alsop and is responsible for much of the practice's work in the masterplanning and urban vision sector. Max joined the practice initially in 1993 while studying at the Bartlett School of Architecture and has been involved in a wide variety of projects at all stages of design and construction.

Shaun Russell joined Alsop in 1999 having completed North Greenwich Station. His interest in large-scale Infrastructure projects and Masterplanning began prior to that whilst working for Terry Farrell & Company between 1987 and 1992. Shaun also spent two years working in Berlin at Heinle Wischer & Partner on Architectural and Masterplanning projects.
