The Academy of Spain in Rome, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MAEC), the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and supported by the Foundation Rafael del Pino, opens the annual convocation Scholarship Program for the expansion of art studios.
