INTELLIGENTSIA COFFEE

Nothing better than when I return from Medellin, I talk about coffee. Of course, I bought a couple packs of great Colombian coffee, while i tasted a cup of coffee, I found this video about "Intelligenstsia", a spectacular place to take coffee in Venice, Los Angeles.
The "crisis" is also used to that the things, the processes, and what it are offered as a product, it is more careful and elaborate. "Intelligenstsia" breaks the dynamics of simply consuming and introduces us to enjoy the process, less performance and more knowledge to do things!
In the coming days I will talk, a little more, about a great experience about Medellín's city, its architecture and people.
