Next Landmark 2104, is the third edition now and they would like to reach the Spanish speaking architects and photographers.
Tras el éxito de las pasadas ediciones el concurso de arquitectura Next Landmark 2104 regresa con su tercera edición del concurso internacional dedicado a poner de relieve y reconocer el mérito de investigaciones y proyectos inéditos, con el fin de ofrecer visibilidad y la posibilidad de dar a conocer a las nuevas generaciones de arquitectos y fotógrafos de arquitectura, promoviendo lo que están realizando o ideando en torno a la vivienda contemporánea.

There is no contest registration fee. Contestants may register until 31 May 2014 by completing the online registration form in the registration section of the contest.
Brief.
The contest is broken down into three sections, recognising the general merit of all fo rms of architectural expression in planning our future.
Landmark of the year category.-
- the architectural work must be designed for contemporary living and be built after 1 January 2010 by a licensed architect of any age.
Research category.-
- unbuilt projects for urban redevelopment, ideal buildings, dissertations and theoretical reflection on contemporary living by architects who graduated after 1 January 2000.
Photography category.-
- A creative and original photographic st udy of the new urban Landmarks. The photography category is open to all designers, architecture photographers and students enrolled in an Architecture/Design/Engineering or Photography Degree. Basic analogue or digital photography skills are required to cr eate a well - proportioned portrayal of architecture according to contemporary photography trends.El concurso está subdividido en tres secciones, ya que reconoce el aporte de la arquitectura en la proyección de nuestro futuro en todas sus posibilidades expresivas.
Next Landmark 2014 will take the contest winners to the 14th Architecture Biennale in Venice, and will exhibit the projects at Spazio FMG per l’Architettura, an architecture space in the Tortona zone of Milan, one of the city’s most culturally rich and dynamic neighbourhoods, in order to offer them international experiences and significant showcases for their projects.
PRIZES.
The Jury will award the following prize for the winners of each category: Landmark of the Year, Research an d Photography:
- Trip for two people to Venice for the 14 th Architecture Biennale 2014 with 2 nights’ accommodation, from 19 to 21 September 2014.
- The prize includes: hotel accommodation for 2 nights, travel and transfer expenses to Venice, entry for two people to the Venice Architecture Biennale.
- Exhibition of the projects at the contest Show Event to be held at SpazioFMG for Architecture in Milan.
- Publication of the winning project on www.floornature.com , on its social networks, in newsletters and in LivegreenBlog.
- Certificate as winner of the NEXT LANDMARK 2014 Floornature Contest for each category.
Along the same lines as the previous editions, Next Landmark will award unpublished, original and eco-friendly projects and research, which explore and emphasise the relationship between humans, architecture and the environment.
The winners will be publicly announced on 27 June 2014, during a special communication moment featuring the members of the jury. The whole event will be streamed live on contest.floornature.com
The contest is promoted by Floornature.com, the 5-language architecture portal, in collaboration with IUSVE (Salesian Pontifical University of Venice) and Parsons The New School for Design in New York.
