Sensory textures. Remember by KATIE

"Remember" is the debut song of the South Korean soloist KATIE released on June 6, 2018. Under the company AXIS, and in collaboration with the creative director SINXITY for its production, the single in English made the artist known internationally after its success on the SBS talent show Kpop Star.

The track, with lyrics entirely in English, shows a futuristic R&B style accompanied by synthesizers and electronic sounds that highlight the powerful and deep voice of the singer in an innovative and exuberant melody.

The music video for "Remember", by KATIE, features powerful visuals and liquid gold 3D animations surrounded by shades of ocher, green, and gold. The textures and their different details are the perfect backgrounds for the song and its smooth and constant rhythms.

Liquid gold, changing angles and metallic textures configure a contemporary aesthetic in which visual metaphors are linked with the melancholic meaning of the letter, the memory of a person, and the memories of it by someone or something lived.
