The first part of “oh boi” takes place on a rooftop with a spectacular view of the Metropolis Building, at the intersection of Alcalá and Gran Vía streets. In this epicenter of Madrid’s “moderneo” scene, the group mocks the figure of the “heartthrob” and his empty promises—elements the band often parodies in their lyrics to demystify romantic love.
The video's ending contrasts sharply with its initial sophistication, shifting to the Tetuán skatepark. Surrounded by exposed brick houses with the characteristic green awnings of Madrid's working-class neighboUrhoods, the band members reinforce their identity: a project that oscillates between punk and pop without being pigeonholed. A direct jab at that condescending and self-pitying male stereotype.
