The video, directed in 2014 by the, in that moment, student Pieter Vandeabeele, won the Best Belgian Student Short Film Award and the BeTV Award on the Anima Film Festival in Brussels. “A Dog’s Life” was also selected for several international animation film festivals.

Pieter Vandenabeele is an illustrator and animator based in Belgium. In 2011 he graduated as an illustrator by making the comic “The Amateur”. In 2014 he finished the animated short "A Dog's Life” which won the Best Belgian Student Short Film Award and the BeTV Award on the Anima Film Festival in Brussels. “A Dog’s Life” was also selected for several international animation film festivals.
