About voids and absences. Ya no siento nada by Alizzz

In the times that go by, feeling "something" seems to have become a matter of permissions, of yearnings, of a yesterday that has already been. This is how it is transmitted by the new song "Ya no perception nada" by the musician, composer, and producer Alizzz.

Known for his regular collaborations with El Madrileño, he has also produced works by artists such as Rosalía, Becky G, or Lola Indigo. However, Alizzz is now embarking on a new musical project that continues with this new single, the third he has released as a solo vocalist, which premiered on February 12, 2021.

With a letter loaded with intentions, "Ya I don't feel anything" explores the poetics of flight and emotional blockage in the face of the sublimity of the unattainable. Accordingly, his video clip (produced by Little Spain and directed by Mariano Schoendorff) shows us a beautiful and suffocating atmosphere, a kind of dystopia marked by normative excesses and the repression of human emotions.

In his scenes, a multiplicity of alienated characters follows one another, caged in factories where monotony governs their lives and who find in drugs the only way to support the oppression of normality. The price to pay, however, is too high: nobody feels absolutely nothing.

For this reason, when Alizzz himself and his cosmogonists, Inés Coca, meet in their eyes, they try to escape, although they both sense in advance that they are fighting against superior forces and that freedom consists, at this point, an unattainable longing, a desire unsolvable but red-hot.
