Last work of Fedérico Babina is the ARCHIDIRECTOR series, a world in which "Directors are like the architects of cinema," says this Italian architect, whose work in illustration is inspired by the architecture. In his latest, Babina envisions a group of 27 houses inspired by the most celebrated filmakers. A team with Federico Fellini, Stanley Kubrick, Jacques Tati, Alfred Hitchcock, Michelangelo Antonioni and others.

Many styles and aesthetics sourced from the world of cinema are interpreted as structural materials and colors, where their common denominator is a fresh and suggestive look. Fedérico Babina adds

‘They are those that build stories that like buildings envelop the viewer and carry it in a different world. Each with their own style, language and aesthetics, think, plan design and build places and stories that host us for the duration of the movie.’ and follows  ‘The architecture is like a scene from a movie where the story is the life, the script is dictated by the use of the building and where the actors are the residents. A labyrinth where all -characters, director, audience– are lost and found in the intensity of their emotions.’
