MACE (Metadata for Architectural Contents in Europe) is a pan-european initiative to interconnect and disseminate digital information about architecture.MACE is aimed at improving architectural education, by integrating and connecting vast amounts of content from diverse repositories, including past European projects existing architectural design communities.
With an ambitious aim, it has not passed to other networks, for the moment and that's not saying much in its favor because it has the full support of the European Union. The intentions are good, but the company really complicated and the result is obvious. Reality and research are separate. Spain built on the three others. Spain is the third making contributions. Germany is the first with nine times more input, but is the German language of the future?
