A documentary about the planning of cities to make them more livable and that includes the participation of Danish architect Jan Gehl, who researches in this area for 40 years.
Directed by Andreas Mol Dalsgaard, the documentary portrays the conflict involved in the big cities the exponential growth of the population, currently being 50% will have jumped by 80% in 2050. The Danish architect Jan Gehl, from a sociological approach to urbanism, defends as one of the priority mechanisms need to win the public space, with his experience, will offer episodes pioneers in cities like New York, Beijing and Tokyo, along with other evidence which try to offer a reflection on the solutions to be undertaken in large cities related to oil shortages, climate change, social isolation and health problems arising from urban life in the big cities.
