The Fundación Arquitectura COAM inaugurates an exhibition with original drawings of the main works of modern architects in Madrid under the title 'El Proyecto Visado. Del Croquis a la Arquitectura Construida ', the exhibition collects plans and original documentation of great works of the Madrid Architecture which will expose original drawings of architects like Alexander of the Sota, Sáenz de Oiza, Genaro Alas or Eleuterio Population.
The Architecture Foundation COAM inaugurates on Wednesday the 28th of June, at 19:00 (C / Hortaleza, 63, Plant Access), the exhibition ‘El Proyecto Visado. Del Croquis a la Arquitectura Construida’. The exhibition aims to show the visa process of an architectural project through major works in Madrid. The inauguration is attended by the Architect Mariano Bayón.

The Visa is a generally little known process, which nonetheless is the key when executing the Architecture projects. It is a collegial function, delegated by the Public Administration, which verifies and validates the identity of the architect, as well as the integrity of the documentation that is presented.

The exhibition is illustrated with documentation representative of the Historical Service of the COAM, Visa and the General Archives of the Administration and has 4 exhibition areas that cover the visa process: architecture, construction, structure and facilities.

From each selected work,  we can consult original documents and copies of visas of site and location plans, elevations or façades, foundations or structural elements, construction plans, which solve the way of constructing the building, or the plans of the installations such as gas, water, light and audiovisual.

The works selected for this exhibition are:
