The starting point of EUROPAN 13 born from the last edition of the competition, whose topic tries to redevelop as we advanced a few days ago here in METALOCUS. So, this time, The Adaptable City II seeks new forms of urban design in order to face urban and architectonical contemporary situations.
The sites proposed by the 15 participating countries signed the Carta de EUROPAN 13 run throughout the European continent with 49 different sites on which they can build their proposals all European young architects.
