Speakers include architect Frank Prial, Jr., AIA; MTA Program Manager, Grand Central Terminal Douglas Tilden; MTA Associate Director of Planning Jack Dean; Elisa Picca, LIRR Chief Planning Officer; and Edith Hsu-Chen, NYC Department of City Planning Director for Manhattan Borough.
