Aimée Zito Lema

Aimée Zito Lema (1982) is a Dutch-Argentine visual artist currently living and working in Amsterdam. After studying at the National University of the Arts in Buenos Aires and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, she obtained a Master’s degree in artistic research from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. She recently completed the Artist-in-Residency programme at the Rijksakademie Amsterdam (2015 – 2016) and her work has been exhibited at multiple locations including the Kunstmuseum Bonn (2016), the Centre Pompidou in Paris (2016) and the 11th Gwangju Biennale in South Korea (2016).
