The Fundació Mies van der Rohe, presented on occasion of the fifth edition of the Festival Concéntrico in Logroño, "Pabellón de Reflexión", an exhibition in which they showcase, for the first time, some of the interventions that have taken place in the Pavilion Mies van der Rohe and that can be seen until June 2 in the Exhibition Hall of the City of Logroño.
To complement the exhibition, on Tuesday, April 30 at 8:15 p.m., the documentary Mies on Scene: Barcelona in two acts will be screened at the Filmoteca de La Rioja, accompanied by a conversation with Pedro Torrijos and Anna & Eugeni Bach.
2019 is a special year for the Mies van der Rohe Foundation, since three outstanding dates coincide: 100 years have passed since the creation of the Bauhaus, 50 years since the death of Mies van der Rohe and 90 years since the opening of the German Pavilion in 1929. In addition, the award ceremony of the 16th edition of the Contemporary Architecture Prize of the European Union - Mies van der Rohe Prize will be held on May 7 in Barcelona.
