In contemporary architecture, materials are valued for their ability to respond to functional, aesthetic, technical, and environmental demands. Always maintaining a coherent language, Gres Aragón offers ceramic solutions that allow for projects in all areas: facades, exteriors, swimming pools, staircases, interiors, and industrial spaces.

Thanks to its more than 80 years of experience, the firm has absolute mastery of extruded ceramics, consolidating itself as a key ally for architects and interior designers. Its proposal is based on four pillars: visual continuity, extreme durability, technical safety, and a commitment to sustainability.

Extruded solutions provided by Gres Aragón allow you to work with a compact ceramic material with high mechanical strength, low water absorption, and great dimensional accuracy, suitable for ventilated facades, swimming pools, interiors, and high-traffic raised floors. Projects such as Gardea Residencial, Casa EA, the Alcañiz Hospital, the Illueca and Arnedo health centers, Velaire Residencial, the Gran Casa Shopping Center, and numerous private and sports pools are testament to this.

Facades that insulate, protect, and express themselves
Faveker ventilated facades, developed by Gres Aragón, are manufactured by extrusion and stand out for their structural strength, low porosity, and optimal weather resistance. They improve the building's thermal insulation, reduce energy demand, and provide durability with low maintenance.

Projects such as Gardea Residencial use the Faveker S-60 system to achieve efficiency and design. In healthcare settings such as the Alcañiz Hospital or the Illueca and Arnedo Health Center, ceramic façades are combined with textured finishes and sustainability criteria: up to 48% recycled content and 100% reusable systems, certified by EPD and HPD.

Exteriors and Pools: Continuity, Safety, and Performance
Gres Aragón extruded stoneware is designed to withstand extreme conditions: frost, chemicals, heavy traffic, and thermal changes. Thanks to its non-slip surface, it is ideal for terraces, entrances, pool decks, and wet areas.

At Casa EA, architect Sergio Sebastián used the same material, the Urban Grafito collection, for interiors, exteriors, and the pool, achieving comprehensive aesthetic and technical continuity.

For sports and private pools, Gres Aragón offers complete systems with gratings, copings, steps, partitions, and special pieces designed by extrusion. The Bioklinker® treatment, based on silver ions, provides permanent antibacterial properties for intensively used environments such as spas and public pools.

One of the main advantages of extrusion is the ability to manufacture solid steps, stringers, skirting boards, and volumetric pieces with custom geometries. At the Gran Casa Shopping Center, these solutions allow for high-traffic staircases with maximum resistance and slip resistance. In residential areas such as Velaire, the use of these special pieces facilitates seamless visual and technical integration in interior and exterior staircases.

Technical interiors with a seamless aesthetic
Extruded ceramics are also effectively applied indoors thanks to their chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and ease of cleaning. At Casa EA, the same stoneware covers the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and terraces, unifying the design and simplifying maintenance.

In healthcare spaces such as the Arnedo Health Center, extruded raised access floors guarantee safety, hygiene, and durability, meeting the standards required for clinical environments.

Industrial Flooring: Robustness and Functionality
In industrial environments, such as professional kitchens, laboratories, and logistics facilities, extruded stoneware offers high mechanical, chemical, and thermal resistance, withstanding heavy loads, impacts, grease, and intensive cleaning. Its non-slip finishes make it suitable for wet or oily areas.

Due to its compactness and durability, it is a reliable solution for productive spaces that require efficiency and safety without sacrificing technical aesthetics.
