The new Red Bull headquarters, designed by the architecture studio yyplusplus, has been moved from the emblematic Cuatro Torres Business Area in Madrid to the exciting Malasaña neighbourhood.

The aim of the project was to create a new workspace that moved away from the traditional concept of offices, opting for an environment that connected with the essence of the city.

The yyplusplus studio promotes an innovative vision of the office concept, expanding its boundaries and establishing areas that promote creativity. The aim of the project was to create spaces that respond to both the needs of employees and the dynamics of the company.

The headquarters has five floors, two of which are intended for work activities. On the ground floor we find the garage and the main entrance, while on the other floors not intended for work use we can find multifunctional spaces that develop the creativity of the users.

The project presents a series of interior patios that allow greater entry of natural light into the building, and a roof terrace where recreational activities can be developed.

Project description by yyplusplus

After 10 years on one floor of the 4 towers, Red Bull decided to move its headquarters to a complete building in the Malasaña neighborhood of Madrid. This change not only poses a new space but also the challenge of creating a work environment connected to Madrid and that needs to go beyond traditional work spaces.

As a result of this pretext, Red Bull Spain Headquarters dedicates only two of its five floors to work functions, while the other three floors are intended to create a multifunctional environment that expands the office experience by adapting to the needs and inventiveness of workers and the Red Bull community.
