idealista.com celebrates its tenth anniversary showing, in collaboration with the foundation COAM, how are the homes of the most architecturally interesting buildings of Madrid. 15 virtual tours inside the homes of historical value have been on sale in the last decade. This is a unique opportunity to pry into private spaces but in a unique architectural value.

Colonia San Cristóbal (1949) Pº de la castellana, 290 to 300. Secundino Zuazo social housing for workers of the Municipal Transport Company. Its shapes are close to rationalism. Its grades are determined by the lack of resources after the war.

Grupo Virgen de Loyola (1962) Calle Azcoitia. Landmark public housing of the sixties created by a group of architects including Eduardo Mangada include or Saenz de Oiza. The set is closed upon itself like a snail or an old town.
